Read-only to your ERP
RFID-JET reads inventory and order data from your ERP. It never writes to your ERP, your stock records or your orders. Any adjustment is made by your people, in your system.
Items, not money
RFID-JET is built around physical items: what a slab is, where it is, and when it moved. Its reports don't show prices, costs or the value of what shipped. That keeps sensitive commercial data where it already lives.
Every figure traceable
In Business Intelligence, any number can be clicked through to the slabs, reads and sources behind it. Each source shows when it last updated, and stale counts are flagged.
Role-based access and audit trail
People see the locations and screens their role needs, and nothing more. Every question, report and export in Business Intelligence is logged: who, when and what it read.
Your own portal
Each customer works in its own portal, with its own sign-in.
Your network, protected
Dock readers connect through their own network bridge instead of sitting directly on your office network. Your IT team can see exactly what is installed and what it talks to.
Hardware and radio
Our readers use UHF RFID, the standard for item tracking in North America, at power levels set within regulatory limits. We'll provide the documentation for the specific hardware proposed for your site.

What does RFID-JET need from our ERP?
Read access to inventory and order data: product codes, lots, slab numbers, bins and open orders. If a direct connection isn't possible, a scheduled export works too.
Can RFID-JET change anything in our ERP?
No. The connection is read-only by design. Adjustments always happen in your ERP, by your staff.
Does the AI Report Builder search the internet?
No. Ask your inventory answers only from your own records. Nothing is searched online, and nothing leaves your system.
Who can see our data?
Your users, through your own portal, and the JTCipher staff who support your account. We don't share your data with other customers or third parties.
What happens to our data if we stop using RFID-JET?
We'll export your slab and movement history for you on request before your account is closed.
Does the hardware need internet access?
Readers send their reads to the RFID-JET platform over a secure connection. We'll agree on the network setup with your IT team before installation.
